The customers are advised that their reservation been the subject of a computerized personal treatment. All information remains purely confidential and interns with the Establishment and cannot be transmitted to thirds. 

Conditions of reservation

The reservation can be ridge: on line since Internet site www.hrlegarenne.com, by E-mail or fax. Personal informations, making it possible to treat your request, are essential:

Name, first name, N° of cellphone and your N° of bank card.

The reservation guaranteed by your banking card number, is regarded as farm and final, except cancellation in the respect of the conditions of cancellation (below).

The confirmation and acceptance of your reservation will reach you by e-mail or fax.

Generally, your arrival must be done before 18:00 (local time of the country of the Establishment). For an arrival beyond this hour, you will have to contact us by telephone with the number indicated on your confirmation of reservation.

On your arrival, an identity paper can be to you required.

The taking possession of the room is carried out at (15h00) local time, the room having to be released at the latest at (11h00) local time.

Any validated reservation involves acceptance express and complete our general terms of sale, the recognition to have perfect knowledge of it and the renunciation to prevail itself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

Modes of payment

Accounts - checks are not accepted.

Any reservation engages requiring it, the stay will be the subject of one prépaiement, the user recognizes expressly that it is about one prépaiement and that its chart will be output before its stay

Will extras are not included/understood in the price and will be to regulate on the spot at the conclusion of the stay, in supplement.

The reservations carried out on the basis of preferential rate are nonmodifiable and nonrefundable.

The conditions of price, duration of the stay and the services included/understood in the preferential rate are defined in the confirmation of reservation dispatched with the user.

In all the cases we reserve ourselves the right to refuse your reservation later on if the accredited official organizations would not validate your Bancaire card number.

All the tariffs are mentioned in Euros, VAT included.

Conditions of cancellation

This provision does not apply to the reservations carried out with the preferential rate.

Expenses retained in the event of cancellation:

All cancellations must be made by e-mail or fax. The date of reception of e-mail or the fax will be the date appointed for cancellation.

It is agreed to retain like “goes back envisaged to arrival”, the day of the first night envisaged at fifteen hours (15h00) local time.

Cancellation must be to you confirmed. If you did not receive an email or a fax of confirmation of cancellation in the 24 hours after having subjected it, that means that we did not receive your request and that you must subject it again. 

Cancellation by the person receiving benefits:

In the event of cancellation by the person receiving benefits or one of his constituents, no expenses will be taken with the user.
